* We charge $50.00 for Transfers from out of state or person to person, this includes the $10.50 fee charged by the CBI for the Background Check

RETURN POLICY

RETURNS: IN PERSON -  Returns are ONLY accepted for merchandise found defective immediately upon receipt of package. You will see the merchandise before you pay for it. (5% restocking fee on guns returned after face to face transfer, must be returned within 30 days and must be in new/unfired condition.) 

RETURNS: SHIPPED - Cornerstone Arms will provide full refund on all firearms and accessories found defective upon receipt of package (3-days from date of received). Please contact Cornerstone Arms immediately if you feel you have received a defective item. All firearms must be unfired to be returned (excluding factory testing). If you Return a non-defective Firearm due to Failing a Background Check or by Choice there will be a 10% Re-Stocking Fee 

-- All Returns will be Subject to a 10% Restocking Fee UNLESS the error was on our end. So if you Fail your Background Check or Order the Wrong Item or just Change your Mind after the Item has shipped there WILL BE a 10% Restocking Fee taken out of the Return Amount. -- 

-- IF YOU ORDER AN ITEM THAT IS NOT LEGAL FOR YOU TO OWN IN YOUR LOCATION WITHOUT CHECKING WITH US FIRST THEN YOU WILL BE REFUNDED MINUS OUR RE-STOCKING FEE WHICH IS 5.15% - 10% FOR MOST ITEMS. --
